About Us
Midwest Center for Psychotherapy & Sex Therapy (MCPST) has been serving the Madison community since1973 as a collaborative space for independent mental health professionals. Each clinician practicing at MCPST is licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services and operates their own independent practice. All therapists also have advanced training and specialized certifications by their professional organizations. Sexual health and wellness is an important part of the services we provide at our clinic and we are seeking to add to our staff a clinician with strong skills and experience with providing psychotherapy to promote sexual health and wellness.

Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed clinician with either a focus on working with clients who are struggling with compulsive sexual
behaviors and/or working with clients who have concerns related to overall sexual health, such as intimacy, communication, desire discrepancies, and challenges related to libido.

Additionally, your role will include working with individuals and/or couples around sexual and relationship concerns.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in WI.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Strong understanding of the dynamics of sexual compulsivity and related behaviors and their impact on individuals and
relationships.
• Additional training in human sexuality, sexual health and functioning, and intimacy.
• Advanced training in treating betrayal trauma and infidelity.
