Jessica works with individuals and families in her therapy practice. Jessica’s primary experience and specialty is in working with children and teens (ages 4-17). She utilizes human experience, humor, self-esteem, relationships, development, neuroscience and attachment in her work.

Jessica has worked in the non-profit/school-based mental health area for 14 years along with raising her own teenage kids. She has extensive experience with children with multi-systems involvement and complex developmental histories. Primary modules explored include Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. More than any specific treatment method, it is my goal to discover, along with you, what could help create more contentment and ease in your life and move closer to that.
