Dr. Yackovich sees adults, older adolescents, seniors, couples, and families.

–Psychological and Risk Assessments: Dr. Yackovich performs forensic evaluations to determine Not Guilty by Reason Of Disease or Mental Defect (NGRI), Competency to Stand Trial, and Reverse Waiver Evaluations for the juvenile court system.
Training and Experience: Dr. Yackovich has over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy and psychological evaluations. He has worked and/or consulted in community mental health centers, private non-profit agencies (e.g., Operation Freshstart, Inc., several substance abuse centers), State Mental Health hospitals (e.g., Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center, Mendota Mental Health Institute), and the Wisconsin and Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. Dr. Yackovich has conducted workshops or spoke at conferences throughout the United States. He is currently a full-time Clinical Faculty person with the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Social Work.
